Postage & handling
How much?
We offer free domestic shipping for all orders over $150. For any orders with a value below this there is a small flat rate delivery fee of $10.
Where?
We can ship to any address or PO Box in Australia.
Please see international shipping for information related to shipping outside of Australia.
Who?
We deliver most orders using Australia post. Bulk orders may ship with a courier service however this will be confirmed when ordering.
When?
Items will ship within 5-10 business days and shipping time is Auspost determined. Please note delivery to more remote regional areas may take longer.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to New Zealand.
For shipping to countries not listed please get in touch. We are happy to quote on shipping to other locations.

Order between $250 - $500: $50

Backorder
Some of our products have been very popular and are selling out faster then we can stock them. When your purchase contains an item on back order we will hold off sending it until we can send your whole order together. If you require something urgently please email, we will do our very best to help you out.
Returns, Exchanges and Warranties
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event that a product arrives that is damaged or defective please contact sales@magnificentlearningsupplies.com within 10 days or receipt of goods. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay the return postage fees.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind we will offer a refund or exchange on the following conditions.

Products are returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods.

Goods are returned in original condition and packaging including a copy of proof of purchase.
