Returns, Exchanges and Warranties
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products and offer a satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event that a product arrives that is damaged or defective please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days or receipt of goods. If you are returning or exchanging a faulty, damaged or incorrect item we will pay the return postage fees.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind we will offer a refund or exchange on the following conditions.
Products are returned within 10 days from the receipt of goods.
Goods are returned in original condition and packaging including a copy of proof of purchase.
Delivery fees are at the cost of the purchaser
